Owls Walk on Old Winchester Hill
As part of their Geography lessons Owls have been learning all about contour lines. So on Wednesday 5th February Owls put on their wellie boots, coats and hats and went for a walk on Old Winchester Hill. Using topographical maps they learned how to study the contour lines and work out the surronding terrain including gradients of hills, valleys and steepness of climbs.
They had fun rolling down the hill!
