Challenge Week
During the week before Autumn Half Term the whole school took part in our Challenge Week. They were given a new challenge each day starting on Monday with an egg challenge!
This consisted of all students working as teams to build a vehicle to hold a raw egg. The vehicle would be thrown out of the top window of Owls and hopefully the egg would remain intact. Have a look at these fab photos of the children making their egg vehicles.

Junk Modelling
On Wednesday the children were given a recycling and art challenge. They did some junk modelling and the art captains organised posters.
Walking the Meon Valley Trail
On Thursday the whole school walked the Meon Valley Trail during the morning. They collected leaves, bugs and all sorts of fauna and flora. After lunch they all went to the recreation ground with Aspire Coaching for a 'sporty afternoon'.
