Remembrance Service 2023

On Monday 13th November we held our Rembrance service in the Church led by Owls class.  The whole school plus parents and staff, were in attendance to listen to the children read poems.  At the end of the service Leo Middlton-Sewell, one of our year 6 pupils played the last post on the trumpet.

There was a rembrance tree in the church where children could write postcards about some they knew in remembrance.  After the service the two eldest children and the two youngest children in the school laid a wreath at the war memorial outside the church.
