French Club

Our school is proud to include a French Club for the first time this Autumn Term.  This has proved very successful and is run a Tuesday lunchtime by Corrine Barth-Dejean.  Here's what she has to say:

"I have had the privilege to run a Tuesday lunchtime French Club at West Meon school this term.  All of the children involved have been a pleasure to teach! We have had all sorts of fun from learning greeting words through our game of ghost and detective to catching  autumnal leaves whilst playing "Mr Wolf". Congratulations to all the children who dared put in their hands into my Halloween bag, and stepped/named on all the numbers leading to the rainbow.   We learnt parts of the body, clothing, sang and listened to stories.  Our last session was inevitably about Christmas and traditions and we played Christmas games."
